Sorry to bring this up again, but the problem with noisy agents is back again.

On top of speaking very loudly and cursing, he and his friends are also openly swapping and sharing pirated video files amongst one another, which is a clear violation of fair use of intellectual property on an Intel site.

I hope you can address this as soon as you can.

This is what I can call "people so free nothing to do". Got shock when received this emails from our manager. Received people complaining agents are very noisy. By looking at the 1st statement, it looks like it was not the first time that they or he or she has complain about it. What I can said about this is there is no point bringing this up to the managers as it can be settle by just walking to that side and said "Do you mind lowering your voices?". That is all. Is that very hard? What kind of people? What to comment about people but does not dare to said in front of the poeple. Have to do all those damn and f*ck actions.
