Trainings. Snake Snake ~

A training that has been conducted by our senoirs on a new tools that is going to be pushed to the working environment. The tools is like a tools which monitors on the activities on our working machines. It is something like a monitoring tools. Eg: Everast. Not sure whether it is the correct software that I am refering. I just can remember the name is something like that. Have used it before when I was in college at KL.

Everytime there is a new tools been introduced to the environment, we as the support center sure will have all kinds of issues. Customers complaining saying that the new tools is not able to install, install and then cause issue, what is been installed and also this and that.

Working as a support center. All this kind of situations cannot be avoided. Below is the image where we have the training on the new tools. The training was after lunch and you sure knows, right? After lunch, mood sure will down and sleepy. That is what I was feeling when the training was been conducted by my seniors.

Lucky I have a help from Halls. A sweet friends that keeps me alerts and listen on the training.
